PolyBuild is a simple springs-and-masses sandbox to make controllable yet mechanically compliant structures.

There are four types of springs:

Static spring - regular spring with no controls.
Hold spring - extends and changes color when the extend key is pressed.
Tap spring - extends and changes color when the extend key is pressed, only returns to its original state when the retract key is pressed.
Gradual spring - extends and retracts at a defined speed by pressing the extend key and retract key.

In the springs, namely the controlled ones, there are some variables, all of which can be changed by going into the script menu of the spring:

_extendKey - the key that causes every type of spring to extend
_retractKey - the key that causes the tap spring and the gradual spring to retract
_extendLength - the length that the spring reaches when pressing the extend key
_retract length - the length that the spring reaches when either pressing the retract key
_speed - the speed at which the gradual spring extends and retracts
