The circles all have their own energy, but only one of them has a high energy, if you wait a bit, the energy of the circle which is at level 20 for example, will divide by the number of circles, so the circle which initially had 20 energy, will decrease in levels over time, the 20 balls that interacted with each other will all have 1 energy level because they shared the energy by interacting with each other, this is called thermodynamics.
