It's nighttime and you are flying over the Atlantic Ocean in your hot air balloon when you notice an ominous red ball of light falling from the sky. You hope it's not THEM, but you suddenly realize that your worst fears are coming true. It's an Alien flying saucer, and their intentions are not friendly! Heaven help us!

It all seemed to make sense except for the storage of 85000 pounds of human aboard the spacecraft then I realized the humans must be freeze dried.

I believe the humans were converted into antimatter and used as fuel for the Alien saucer gravity amplifiers. That's what I would do if I were them.

It didn't sink. It was vaporized by the Aliens after they transported all the people into their saucer.
