When Algodoo is launched to start a new scene, the Algodoo clouds will default to being enabled. You have to disable them if you don't want them. It's not a bug.

Well, Deedatski, I downloaded Quark Down's scene, and the clouds look perfectly normal. Do the clouds look like fog on YOUR computer? If they do, then I have no idea what could cause that.

This was a one-off rare error that happens occasionally. I've seen it myself a few times. However, this type of thing is not saved in the scene file, which is why nobody can see the original fog-like scene.
