In Van der waals, there is one thing to remember, electrons can be at any place in the atom at any moment, so for a split second the atom has a dipole.
In dipole-dipole bonds, polar molecules are atracted to other polar molecules due to their dipoles.
In Hydrogen bonding, molecules share hydrogen atoms, hydrogen bonds happen usualy with an atom that has a high electronegativity, like chlorine, fluorine, oxygen, nitrogen, or something like that.
