On Discord Planet: People on there cant find a way to get to earth. They dont have the technology to get there. Wastelands are still here, Ice melted, less land. Its just Impossible.

On Earth: Countries on Earth are mad on what Russia did to Discord Planet, the 4th Planet. They are close to go to war. Something terrible that Russia did, then that was the last straw. Russia's Allies have cut ties. Russia's looks on winning the war getting very slim.

Note: this is the first part where Interstate Empire had the Normal eyes.
