These wheels are a first attempt at a propulsion system that complies with the ground.
When first starting the simulation, the wheels severely deform, more than a real tire would.
But using the ASD keys to drive shows that they work pretty decent!
After reaching a certain speed, the wheels collapse such that only the tire core is visible, but if speed rises more, the wheels enter CHAOS MODE
CHAOS MODE allows the car to reach a much, much higher speed, albeit in a bumpier ride.
