modified version of prototype hydraulic piston designed to fire custom bullets. instructions are listed around
the cannon itself, if you modify it to be better please link your modification in the replies.

this is the second official version of this mechanism, with newer bullet containing a conduit within the bullet itself.
press E to disconnect the conduit, this will give you a proper launch.

V3 removes the conduit system, as it seemed to just be stopping the bullet from launching, and a water recycling tank was added.
hoping to add cartridges for said recycling tank.
