So this is what i ended up with after hours and hours of sliding the bars/scripting/adding some shit... and yeah..

This features:

Wheel brakes.
Thrust increaser/decreaser
Starter engine.
A sort of clutch wich locks and by friction drives the wheel linked to the back..

Controls are in game.

I just want to mention that i KNOW it's slow, pretty weak and so on. It is still beta, far from finished, im going to add a gassupension that im also working on and make it go alot faster and so on....

This is just to show u guys how long i've gotten so far... And to be able to transfer it to my other computer that i can do the "extreme" changes on ( as this is the sucky amilo laptop )
