I cheated a bit and put another explosive in the car representing the fuel tank.

my mine deleted the pane and the explosion was very unrealistic.

Make the plane immortal and it will fix the problem.

The pressure plate kills the object that keeps the mine stable so if the mine is too low it kills the ground. :)
