This is a Sub-Axle. It is a New type of Axle That needs a Brush.
Buliding a Sub-Axle is Easy.
First, Use Brush Tool and Hold Shift (Disable Auto-Glue and If you Use Box Tool Don't Hold Shift).
Next, Put a Axle in the Middle (If its not in the Middle than Move it).
Then Put it Whatever Speed/Torque you Want.
Last, Go to the Selection and Press move Selected to Back and Done!
