4 Speeds Manual transmission
1) Press "Q" to toggle the rotation of the input gear
2) press "W" to toggle the glutch
3) Keep pressed a number from 1 to 4 to ingage the corrispondent gear. press "R" to ingange the R
This kind of transmission is more likely a sequential one not a manual one because ther's not gear moving but just axle locking or unlocking and because you need the glutch just to pass from N to 1 or from N to R
