This is a game I created years ago to play with friends. We have a character we call The Joker who is the subject of many such games. All of the rules where created for that game. I am posting it just to share. You can, or course, use it however you like.

"S" to Start Race.Rules:5 Trust tickets along with $10,000 in regular tickets are dealt to each player before the game begins. The winning rate for all horses is 10:1 ($1 bet = $10 back). Regular tickets and trust tickets may be exchanged for one another. 1 trust ticket = $10,000 in regular tickets.Trust tickets cannot be bet directly. (Why would you gamble the Joker’s trust?)Every player must make a bet on every race (minimum bet $1). If a player does not or cannot make a bet, the Joker will take 1 trust ticket from the player.A player may bet on as many horses per round as they like.Every time the Joker’s horse (#6) wins, a trust ticket is taken from every losing player. Players may bet on the Joker’s horse to win double the normal rate (20:1), but if the joker’s horse
loses, the player will lose all bets their bets and 2 additional trust ticket.
Getting Out Alive (winning the game):To leave the game alive, you must give to the Joker 20 trust tickets (each trust ticket = 5% of the Joker’s trust). Any regular tickets left over may be exchanged for their value in Joker Money.*Loosing the Game, and Your Life:If at any time, the Joker asks for 1 or more trust ticket(s) and the player(s) being asked cannot provide his demand, the player will be killed by the Joker and be out of the game.
*Joker Money is used solely for the purpose of "Joker Horse Race" and does not equate to real money.Any claim that is made by anyone acquiring Joker Money that actual money is owed him or her is therefor invalid.
