Answer: Well, it depends on what your intentions are for the scene. If you intend for it to be a real keyboard tester, then it must be accurate and bug free. Also, it would be helpful to have pop-up windows show when the tester detects an error. The window could say something like: "Oops! The current key failed the test" or "The wrong key was pressed", etc. Of course in order for error detection like that to work, it needs to have a prescribed series of key-presses, such as letters A through Z in sequence.

Keep in mind that most users here on Algobox are children, and all they are interested in are Algocathlon camps, and colorful stick people posing as athletes. Those kids have no interest in a keyboard tester, but if you could convert this scene into a game of some sort, then they would likely want to play it.

When I used this the + and - keys would not light up.

The top "-" only gets responded. If you press the NumberLock minus, it won't work. The "+" only works when you press shift+"=". The NumberLock plus does not work.

The ^ (SHIFT + 6) key doesnt work, despite my ability to type it? i can type all the other SHIFT + NUM keys, though.
