Here's a little trick that I did that makes the kid look more natural while running. Currently, his body is very rigid, and looks like he is glued to a wagon (which is in fact the case). When a person is running, his whole body is bobbing up and down with each step. So in order to simulate that motion, I stretched the front (right) wheel so that it becomes egg shape. I then moved the kid's body far over to the front of the wagon and fixed it in place with the same axle that held his body to the wagon. I then made the scene "Follow" the wagon's box. With a little tweaking of things, the kid can be made to look much more natural while running.
Good idea. I would have never thought of that.
I see the changes you made, but it's not quite there yet. In order to make the kid run like a real human, I suggest that you first uncheck the "follow" checkbox in his upper body, then check the "follow" checkbox in the wagon that supports him. Then increase the running speed to about 80 RPM.

Changing the follow point from the kid to the wagon may seem like it wouldn't make much difference, but it does. The difference is subtle, but noticeable.

Looks great now! Good job!
Thanks.
Charlie's running!
Yes. He never gets tired even though he has some ankle problems.
