Compound bow, really simple, really fast project. Quite weak because bow strenght comes from axles.

maybe try legacyMode 0 ropes? Usually not even changing that on premade ropes is enough, making ropes entirely manually with boxes and hinges is usually way better e.g. for tank tracks, and then changing the axles' legacyMode to 0 makes them weaker but much better in terms of flexibility.

if you try less links, handmade, you could make it have much more power
Thanks for an adivce.
Actually I didn't care about the power of the bow as much as the main feature of compound bow. That is that at full draw it requires less force to keep it drawn than to get it to a full draw. I actually menaged to make the cams just right to pull that off by accident. It requires up to 35kN to draw the bow fully. But then it requires just under 20kN giving more than 30% less force. And in terms of compound bow "let-off", 30% less force on full draw is very good.
Cool bow!
