how do you do it?
i can get something to shoot at that speed but when it does it just passes through whatever im shooting at, is there some trick involved

It's not really a trick, the bullet in more dense so it has more mass. Because it has more mass it means that it has more matter that is compacted together. Because its compacted more, its harder to get it to move through objects.

I've got an idea how to make it movable but it would involve scripting,

Make a block that when its collided with gets high air resistance then when its hit again it goes back to normal air resistance. just put this in the middle of the gun thing and make it so when you press a button it gets collided with and it goes into high air resistance (shooting mode) then when you press the button again it goes back to normal air resistance (driving mode).

But i have no idea how to script so i cant do it

So 9/10 because it cant move

a part of the script could be e.this.density = +inf

and then some script to make it change back wich will be the hardest part

but the script above make stuff be dragaple but kind of auto glue wen standing still

the change back script should propaly change it to density 0.010 to make it non falling and non raising
