I took Bozar`s car and added a new first get that is used to get the car moving, so the engine doesn`t stall when you put it in second. As Bozar says, start it, max throttle, hold first gear to get it moving, then use 2nd and 3rd gear as the main gears. I might be able to add a reverse gear sometime.

Again, all credits go to Bozar for the car. I only added a new first gear.
