CIWT or Controlled Intesity Water Turbo, it is a turbo based to repel the water out in full force for this press N to add water to tank, to have a good amount of water to push you, you also controls 6 levels of force:

Black = 0 = is the repelling off.
Blue = -10 = the repelling is very weak.
Light blue = - 25 = the repulor is weak.
Green = -50 = repelling is the average (normal).
Yellow = -75 = repelling the average is strong.
Red = -100 = the repelling is very strong.

CAUTION! = When increased strength, if you have lots of water, tilt the car or water explodes.

Control the intensity with I and D.
