timeToLive := 2 / Sim.frequency is not enough time to eliminate all adjacent matching blocks on my PC. I find timeToLive := 10 / Sim.frequency much more reliable.

Try reseting your algodoo
I tested it be making WHOLE board same color and activate one in corner, it was working on 100%
High timeToLive values are also unstable because deleting circles can bounce somewhere
Comment here again if resetting helped you

Resetting Algodooo did not help me, but I'll comment anyway. I tested it be making WHOLE board same color and activate one in bottom corner, it was working on 36%.

My best FINAL score is 35, can you beat me?

That's strange, ok I'll change it to 10 ticks (10/sim.frequency)
