This is the start of a level. I'm looking for feedback on gameplay. The controls are simple, the arrow keys control all movement. But once you get the hang of it, you can make your pet creature do all sorts of things.

Left arrow flips direction. Right arrow brakes for as long as you hold it. The up and down arrows changes the position of the head/tail (tap for slight adjustments). Up and down, and back and forth are all all relative to a two-dimensional two-headed puppy.

All Newtonian physics, no spooky science.

Very hard to control! I had a hard time going over the first few obstacles.
I think it's too bouncy.
I think bouncy is part of its puppy personality. It does take a bit to get used to the controls, but once you do you can use it to navigate. Setting the sim speed to 50% helps.

Update, I'm adding suspension to the system it does help, thanks for getting me on that track.
