Or I atlest think that I did that since my computer was lagging.

10/10 But i didn´t completed it...I´m too stupid for that

Not an easy task to solve it. I found out that many configurations are unsolvable! Can you add in the description that you need to seek for
configurations, that have (R=red=on, B=Black=off)
all black(off) in the upper 4 lines and in the bottom-line
one of the following configurations:
RBBBR
BRBRB
RRRBB
BBRRR
RBRRB
BRRBR
RRBRR

cause only then one can solve it.

If you have time, add a "help"-button, where you
give help-strategies for solving it.
For example: "Try to put all lights in the top 4 lines to black"

or: "start with a board, where all are black, and try
to see, which impact it has if you .... (reverse-
direction-strategy for mazes)"

Drbalk, thanks for your comments and suggestions. I originally was going to add some pointers for solving the puzzle but there is a lot of information on the web that does a very good job of explaining the logic behind it. That's why I provided a link to a paper on the subject. There are lots of reference links in the paper which branch off to other articles and links to other versions of this fascinating puzzle.
