Two circles with gravity bound to the direction of the "cake" spinning in opposite directions.
Press 0 on the number pad to activate, and again to disable.
Can be attached to anything or nothing, so long as the cakes end up pointing down to regain normal gravity.
Could use some sort of stabilizer.
Welcome to use/upgrade just give credit.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that it's scalable as well.
EDIT EDIT: Circle on the right now works properly and added text in scene about scaling.

sorry but i was expecting a tank...thing...something that is kinda just a texture with a gravity trix...

cant give it more than a 3...sorry man...i have to rate what is good UPWARDS and what is not good DOWNWARDS...(nothing personal)

try makin a better work...tame more time to it...hope u become really good at this...

I'm not quite sure what you mean R3104D...?
You can attach it to a tank if you wish, but it becomes troublesome if the tank does not stay perfectly level, which is why I thought some sort of stabilizer on the circles would be a better idea, rather than the springs I used, that way the main body of the machine can rotate, while keeping the circles pointed downwards.
