Concrete spawner techdemo

Press "DOWN" to spawn concrete particles

- Colors:
Red - particles moving too fast
White - particle start counting down 5 seconds of timeToLive,
then onDie event it will spawn actual concrete

Only 100 per scene at same time, when concrete dry, counter will reset
(or you can reset it manually if YOU deleted particles while sim was paused)

This will be used at my concrete pump truck
