Hey! Someone at the Dodge factory put the "Swinger" logo on the car backward! :lol:

Anyhow, I'm very impressed that you wrote all the code for the Algodoo sound feature. That must have taken a lot of hours. I haven't loaded it yet, but I plan on doing that soon and I'll play around with it.

Regarding the "Swinger" logo, somehow I couldn't wrap my mind around the car going right to left, so I just mirrored it. I had the factory guy fix it.

Regarding Algodoo sound, it took me longer than I would like to admit to write the programs. The two programs were the first vbScript and Python programs I wrote, so I had to look almost everything up. vbScript wasn't too bad because I have done a lot of VB6 and vba programming. Python is a nice language to program in. It requires substantially less lines of code than other languages to accomplish the same tasks. Use the vbScript if you have windows, since that requires the least amount of effort to install.

I knew that you mirrored the car. I was just trying to be funny, which doesn't always work!

Thanks for the tip about using vbScritpt. The least effort, the better I like it.

Most of my programming experience was back in the mid-1980's to mid-1990's when I worked for a couple of manufacturers programming embedded systems using 8-bit single board computers (yes, that was long ago when executable code was limited to 65KB). The Intel 8085A was my uP of choice back then, and we programmed everything in assembly language. In my later years as a hobbyist I played around with Borland C (not plus-plus), and Visual Basic. And now I limit my programming to the script language that we all know and love. :lol:

FYI. If you ever feel like playing with a good free Arduino microcontroller simulator, try out tinkercad circuits. A good free electronics simulator can be found here.

I know there's a ton of projects on-line that use the Arduino. It packs a lot of useful circuits in such a small package and it's easy to program. I just never built any projects that needed one. Maybe some day....
