After a long hiatus, expect yet another. No, I'm not gone. I'm just figuring life out, and it consumes a lot of my time. welcome to adulthood
Now, this is a pretty typical bullpup design from yours truly. It is a 5.7mm bullpup PDW designed with the tight spaces of a tanker's life in mind. Operation is simple: pull back and release the charging handle located under the top rail, and set the selector to single or full. The selector reciprocates back and forth and can be a bit finicky. Trigger can be operated with the drag tool or enter/return key. It is also worth noting that the trigger is staged, meaning you can deliberately fire single shots even on full auto if you press lightly and avoid overtravel after the break. This is beneficial if you want aimed, accurate fire and automatic fire available with merely trigger manipulation.
Magazines hold 15 rounds (true design would hold 30). Barrel length is 10 inches, overall length is 15, making this a compact little bugger.
Enjoy!
EDITS:
*Resolved a graphical error where parts of the skin were not directly attached to the rest of the gun
*Improved the trigger a bit. Hammer no longer falls out-of-battery and only when the bolt is 100% forward. Trigger response has also been improved.
*UPDATES*
-new and improved skin with fewer snag points and a more sensible silhouette. looks sleek now
-added some tacticool gear for you pleasure - a magnified (presumably) optic, a holo sight, and a laser/light combo manipulated with the . and / keys respectively, use one or the other. all rail attachements are removable. also added keyboard controls for all weapon manipulations: enter to fire, left arrow to charge/run the action, up/down arrows control fire control setting, right arrow ejects magazine. I have yet to figure out auto-inserting magazines, so you'll have to insert a fresh one by drag tool for now.
