Lavender did it. As Lavender was ordering her package, she waited for her package to arrive. Therefore Lavender could have ordered a knife or some sort of bladed weapon.

Forgot, the culprit could have worn gloves to prevent any fingerprints. And the knife was hidden under the bed due to the fact that the culprit had to prevent themself to be found.
