Scene tag

A basic scene showing how the eye usually focuses light onto the retina, as well as two eyes that have a defect (either nearsighted or farsighted). Also included in the scene is two basic lense shapes that are used in glasses to correct these problems.

Try to find where the glasses put the focal point back to the retina.

(This is a very basic scene, and doesn't take into account how astigmatisms and other eye issues effect vision)

Just curious.... Are you an eye doctor?

Oh, by the way, there are SOOOOO many static scenes currently on Algobox, and nearly all of them were created by children. If you plan on creating and posting more scenes in the future (and I hope you do), they would be much more interesting, and people would more likely want to view and play your scenes if they were not simple static ones. Just a friendly suggestion!

Welcome to Algobox!
No I'm not a doctor lol. The only reason I posted this is because I taught my little cousin why I needed glasses and how they worked, and I thought "Hey, maybe someone else can learn too"

Thanks for the feedback though. The only reason this is static is because I really cant make it any way else. It still works by dragging the lenses, just dont hit play because nothing is glued. If I post something else, it will probably be something a little less educational and something thats just "Phun" (Pardon my pun XD)
Nice work. Here are some suggestions:

1. Use a Hyperbolic Lens in the eye for better focus. Use "Components" folder to transfer objects between scenes. Round the top and bottom of the hyperbolic lens to make it look more like an eye part.
2. Select everything and glue it to the background (Ctrl-A, right click an object, Geometry actions > Glue to background). Not everybody reads directions.
3. Disable clouds (right-click background, uncheck "draw clouds"). In most scenes they are just a distraction.
majorPhysics - You are user number 5733 who used the "Phun pun". And so, it's been trite for many years.
