I accuse Pin beacause she might of poisoned Blocky's sandwich then, he grabbed the sandwich and was going to the bathroom, and then he must have feeled weird beacause of that, and passed out. Then Pin grabbed the knives and stuck him to the wall (Sorry i'm not good at explanating xP)
