You forgot willow.
For your style just make a citcle in the right shade of blue and cover tho upper half in horizontal orange and yellow stripes.
You can do it by placing four narrow rectangles in the right colrs there than put them in the background behind the blue circle, select it and choose "CSG" -> "cut".
Than put the circle in the background and the hat is finished

And the purple enemy-bird has the name "Gale" you spelled it wrong.

How about adding some more details:
turn some more birds into Circles (the only ones with different shape should be Chuck, maybe two of The Blues and Ice-Bird)
I have got a color-set, that makes them different enough:
Red:
H: 0
S: 100
V: 88

Chuck:
already right shade of yellow.

The Blues:
H: 210
S: 100
V: 100

Bomb:
pure black

Mathilda:
Already white

Terence:
H: 33ß
S: 100
V: 75

Silver:
H: 0
S: 0
V: 75

Bubbles:
already right shade of orange

Hal:
H: 120
S: 100
V: 75

Stella:
H: 330
S: 40
V: 100

Poppy:
H: 60
S: 75
V: 100

Willow:
H: 210
S: 75
V: 100
(hat: Chuck´s yellow and Bubbles´orange)

Dahlia:
H: 30
S: 75
V: 75

Luca:
H: 210
S: 50
V: 100

Add belly-patches for all birds, who have them:
put a copy of the circle at the bottom part of the original one, that it overlaps 1/4 of the circle-size (for Chuck place the circle overlapping 1/8 of the triangle hight) and put it in the background and ude "CSG" -> "cut" to get the right shape.
Put the main-body in the background and change the color of the new shape to the seccondarycolors of the biirds:

Red:
H: 30
S: 50
V: 88

Chuck:
pure white

Bomb:
H: 0
S: 0
V: 50

Terence:
H: 30
S: 50
V: 75

Silver:
pure white

Bubbles:
pure black

hal:
pure white

Stella:
H: 330
S: 20
V: 100

Poppy:
H: 60
S: 25
V: 100

Willow:
H: 210
S: 50
V: 100

Dahlia:
H: 30
S: 50
V: 100

Luca:
H: 60
S: 25
V: 100

Add beaks for all birds (you added snouts to the piggies, too).
Use little upside-down-trisngles (like the body-shape of Chef-Pig)
but for Hal and Mighty eagle make them much bigger than for the other birds and pointing to the right, and for Mighty Eagle add another small triangle upside down to the tip of his beah to create the hook-shape.
Color:
H: 45
S: 100
V: 100

Add eyes for all characters (use circles , rectangles and other geometric shapes to reproduce thr typical look of the different birds).

Add head-and tail-feathers for the birds and ears and tails for the piggies (maybe use springs for piggie-tails) the same way.

How about creating a little game to use them.

and i created an Angry Birds marbles-set, that´s compatiple with the most common marble-race-packs.
I used official Angry Birds sprites to make them look very professional.

I think, you can use them as marbles for marble-races:
create them like in my other post, but with 500 mm body size.

for Chuck, ice-bird and chef-pig, add an invisible circle of this size behind them.

For all others use a circle of this size for the body.

All characters should include a circle with r: 250mm (value shown while drawing it) as body or invisible hidden behind them.

for The Blues, you can add clear rectangles with little numbers 1-3 onto their circle-bodies to give them a little difference.

to make the next steps easyer, convert small circles (used for eyes, piggie-snouths and similar things) into polygons by stretching them and bring them bach to previous size.

select all parts of a character, group them and stick them together.
Do this for all your characters.

Select all characters and choose "circles" in the selection-menu to select only the bodysize-circles and add light-tracks to their centers.
be sure to make the light-tracks colored like the body of the characters.

Select all rectangles of the characters the same way.
Set the density to 0,0100 and remove all collision.groups to remove their physics-effects.

Repeat this step with the polygons too.

Now you can use them as marbles for marble-races.

tip: set the birds to "killer" and "immortal" in the material-tab and Gale and the piggies not to make the birds defeat the piggies while traveling through a marble-race.
For this you have to set the invironment to "immortal" too.
otherwhise the birds will break through the race-track.
