Although this challenge looks like it's all about luck, it was mainly about risk.
The best way to choose whether to spin the wheel or not ws to see if the amount of points that is positive outwieigs the negative. So if you did have bad luck, it only pulled you down as a max of 2-3 spots of what you actually did.
