Bullet Test Firing.

Bullet is contained in it`s own shell so you can create a reloading gun with it.

Top layer of the bullet can be removed safely without breaking it.

It the bullet may slide out of the casing but only if it is spun fairly quickly or accelerates/decelerates too fast, Also if it drops from a far up and lands front-first it may go off.
