Well he went home for the same reasons as OLD, here we strive for following the law, and plans are being constructed for a giant building which will be called "Memory Lane" which does excatly what you think it does, recap over what has happened in this show so far, every single part something will be constructed until the entire thing is built, and we add in the exhibits.
TL;DR "Memory Lane" being built instead of generic box.
