These stabilizers are a total mystery to me. Is there somewhere they are discussed and explained. I guess they are the Phun universe equivalent of gyroscopes, but I don't understand why they work.

For what it's worth, I don't really know why they work either. I know what they do and a bit about how to make them do what I want.
