This is my first tutorial scene! It will show you how to make a nice ratchet wheel and lever. Hopefully it can teach many people, and get them inspired to make mechanical creations. I want to make more of these "simple tutorials" for some more basic mechanisms. Please tell me if you like it.

Good job! But I have a couple of suggestions for you to consider:

1. Disable the clouds. It just doesn't make sense to have clouds floating by in a scene that teaches a technical subject.

2. The ratchet will fall into the gear teeth more smoothly if you uncheck the "Brake" checkbox in the axle, and then make the Restitution "0" (zero) on both the ratchet and the gear. Try it and you will see what I mean!
