I hope this thing works this time... I uploaded it on the google+ group and had to reset my config after some time, then i opened it again and saw that it didn't cycle. The gun works just right now, so tell me if it doesn't on your PC!

The gun cycles flawlessly every time. Good job!

I was curious if this is your own design, or if you copied the mechanism of an
actual production rifle? The reason why I asked is because the extraction/ejection process is a little unusual. That is, in most auto-loaders that I am familiar with, the spent casing gets ejected before the bolt has reached its most rearward position. In this rifle, the spent casing gets ejected AFTER the bolt has reached its rearward position and is returning under spring tension toward battery. Is that more common than I realize?
No, this is not my idea, it's called Long Recoil. It keeps the barrel connected to the bolt until it reaches battery, then locks the bolt until the barrel resets its position and the casing is ejected. Honestly, I'm not sure if the actual ejection mechanism is like that in real life, but it works, and doesn't seem impossible to make irl. The design for that was made by yuras12 but his scene was very outdated and used 60 Hz, so I gave it a shot ;)
Thanks for the explanation. I know a fair amount about guns, but I'm always learning something new, and there is so much more to learn!

Again, nice job on the scene. It's worthy of a 10.
works fine on my notebook:)
