Hi people!

WARNING: THESE SUPER ATOMS ARE DIFFERENT THAN THE BASIC ATOMS. THESE DESCRIPTIONS MAY LOOK ALIKE BUT IMPORTANT PARTS ARE DIFFERENT!!!!!

These are my concept atoms for Algodoo Phun!!!!!

Obviously the don't operate with the same properties and physical laws as real atoms, plus they are constructed differently and their components don't describe correctly subatomic behavior, but they are very good bidimensional simulations of the electronic behavior of atoms and molecules. You will love them!!!!!

- AWESOME: so far most atoms created for Algodoo Phun are built with unstable or with forced gravitational orbits, and also with springs, but my SUPER atoms are different because they have stable free orbits configured in complex sistems of attractive and repulsive forces with different relations to distance which are contained within a field made of one chain and many springs that gives the whole system a strong atomic identity.

- ACTIONS: my atoms have two different actions assigned for users to play with them:

* MOVE: If you keep pressed the direction keys, the nucleus and the chain of the atom move in that direction pulling along the electrons and causing elastic electronic disturbance (thermal energy). The nucleus and the chain move at different speeds, but these speeds are relatively balanced so they don´t tear the atom easely but neither they leave it unaffected.

* PHOTOELECTRIC EFFECT: If you push and release the "m" key, all electrons will keep releasing a light that when collides with other electrons causes them to rotate very fast and to move slowly in 4 diferent directions; all this effects will dampen strongly the movements of electrons and of the atom itself, but since one of the effects pulls the electrons away from each other, in the end the atom will have bigger thermal energy. And the lights look way cooler also interacting with the containing fields. The fields also limit the amount of light (electromagnetic radiation) that escapes the atom, which simulates atoms more realistically: in real atoms the repulsive electromagnetic force between electrons is transmitted through photons (electromagnetic radiation), so having a lot of rays of lights within the atom while only a few escape when it is being internally excited is a more close simulation of the electromagnetic behavior of atoms.

- AMAZING: This atom belongs to the series "SUPER ATOMS": since they have a very strong electromagnetic field identity THEY CAN BUILD MOLECULES, and they can produce collisions that are much more complex and spectacular than those of the basic series atoms. They react in different ways according to the distance in which they start to atractt each other, creating powerful and destructive reactions when the distance is bigger, and creating more stable, beautiful and geometrically ordered systems of multiple atoms when the distance is smaller. The electrons within these atoms are much more stable, but these electrons can also escape or re-enter the fields of the atoms allowing a more realistic and controlled effect of electron emittion and capture.

- SUPERB: The nuclei of these "SUPER ATOMS" can also escape and re-enter their own fields when compunding molecules, which simulates the phenomenon of very unbalanced electrical fields caused by great differences in electronegativity between the atoms of the molecule. Since this super atoms can create compounded molecular systems with electrons distributed in different electromagnetic regions, they produce a much more complete simulation of the quantum behavior of real atoms and molecules than the simulations of "Basic Atoms".
