To change gear:
1. Turn off clutch (hold 1)
2. Push lever down
3. Set lever into the grear position.
4. Let the lever go into slot.
5. Turn on clutch (let go of 1)
Gears:
1. 1:2
2. 3:4
3. 1:1
It is a friction clutch so it takes time to synchronize revolutions,
but it could be adjusted by changing clutch's strenght (brake power).
