No offense, but this is not an engine. It is just four independent pistons going up and down, and they are driven by a motor on each crank shaft. Why not make a "real" Algodoo engine in which each piston provides the power to turn a common crankshaft. In order to show that your engine actually works, you can have it rotate a propeller or some other device that generates mechanical work.

Just a friendly suggestion. :)

Here is a good example of a two cylinder engine: OHV V2 Engine

this is my 2nd inline engine, im not very good
That's Okay, JoshTGM. The best way to learn is to download other people's engines to see how they did it.

As I said, yours is not an engine, but is just a simplified picture of the parts of an engine that demonstrates the movement of pistons. And that's Okay if you just want to show people how pistons move up and down. But if you want to make a working engine, you need a lot more mechanical parts than what you have in your scene.

Please understand that I am not telling you what you should make. I am only giving you some ideas that you can choose to use or ignore.

Keep learning!
wow xray, almost everyone knows pistons move up and down :slap:
You'd be surprised to learn about what people know and don't know about technical subjects! For example, not everyone knows what a piston is or what it does, and many don't care!
