This is a fairly accurate blown small block Chevy. Various parts of the engine are cutaway to see the working parts inside. It has a gear driven cam(Pete Jackson Drive) instead of chain and a 471 Detroit suprecharger. It also has a working spark plug, and has idle and full speed control. The engine vibrates in the test stand when its running, and the exhaust pulses flames that vary with engine speed.
The Exhaust valve train is red and the intake valve train is blue.

Controls (also in the .phn description)
S Key = Start Engine/Idle
Up Key = Full Throttle

Thanks Marhal, the engine was gonna be a part of a game where you had to use the engine for something(I dont want to say what because I still may do the game), but there is so much detail that the rest of the scene would have lagged unless I cut down on some engine detail.

Thanks JAC, I have a 55 Chevy that used to have a blown(Hampton 6v)350. The blower blew off one night in a huge fire ball on the way home from the street races. I never put the supercharger back on, it just smoked the tires and wouldnt hook up with it. Besides it was too scary to drive a time bomb, lol!

hay! i really love that engine man.
but i so wished that the engine view are on sideways.
i made few crashable motorcycle and cars, check up my uploads. i might need those kinds of engine to add up the detail though. I'm trying to make comaro v8, with functional engine and brakes. I got the idea on the brakes, but none on the engine. I'm still bisecting engines that i found on phun.

Way cool, other than the stroke being way long and #1 cylinder on the wrong side its prety damn accurate! also the front 2 cylinders should be on the same crankpin

Thanks Gent, I made the stroke long, and the 2 front cylinders 180 degrees apart on the crank for visual effect(to help block the view of the cylinders farther back so I wouldnt have either an empty space or have to add more parts and add to the lag factor). The #1 cylinder on the wrong side was a brain glitch, lol.
Good catch though, you know your engines.
