controls:

up: move knees so that the jumper goes up
down: move knees so that the jumper goes down
left: lean/turn upwards
right: lean/turn forwards

instructions:

When you think it's time to jump press up and left at once. Then press right immeatiately so that the jumper leans forward and does not stall. Lowest simulation speed and higher frequencies(about 300hz) very recommended. It is a bit tricky but once you jump properly the jumper will fly well.
