I experimented a bit and this is what happened. The construction is very simple and not spring powered, tough theres a spring at the very end to stop the bounce after a hard landing.
Controll the car with arrows.
Note that this is a PROTOTYPE wich i migh improve later.

It works quite well, just isn't effective enough when smaller, work on that, try setting the wheels and bar the wheels touch to +inf friction. If you do this, mind, set the bit holding the bar in to -inf so it slides well.
It's kewl, but too big, in your next version, please make it smaller:)
