I think it's realistic:) The protons attract to the neutrons (strong force) and the electrons are attached to the nucleus via springs. I'm thinking of putting a script on the electrons so that when they get hit by a photon or laser, the spring that's holding them increases in length, simulating energy levels. I hope to improve this in the future. Hope you enjoy:)

Changelog:
EDIT 1: Protons weren't working, fixed that;) Also electrons orbit alot better
EDIT 2: Made electrons able to collide with neutrons
EDIT 3: Made forces a little less strong...I'm making EDITs too much...I should stop...

you dont need any springs. try this: use linear attraction for the protons - and quadratic NEGATIVE attraction for the electrons!

By the way, editing the own scenes until perfection is the best indicator for quality!
