this was almost scrapped, but the concepts were pretty interesting, including active tracking and location prediction. It does not have any implementations to prioritize targets, but it's functional as-is. won't be usable for anything else, and certainly isn't phunlet friendly. flak shell fuzes are pre-determined to detonate upon the target's anticipated position, and any slight inaccuracy is compensated for with a fragmenting explosive. system has laser-guided missiles that are only used for objects exceeding a specific speed.
