Good idea for an educational scene. Simple but effective script!

Suggestions:
1. Give that brown rock on the right side of the mountain some texture so that it looks natural (I tried giving it the same texture as the mountain next to it, and with a little tweaking, it looked much better). OR, simply use the knife tool and cut the right side of the textured mountain so that it has the required slopes to create a good landslide.
2. Make the house look more realistic. Maybe give it some texture too.
3. If there's a lesson to be learned with this scene, then it needs some text to explain what's going on.

I'll never build my house at three meters of a slope with loose rock after seeing this.
