I see (5) objects moving around; (1) that has a changing border but stays about the same size. Is this what you intended or should I expect to see new viruses and bacteria being generated?

Howcome I cant select anything?! I even pause the simulation.

That's because all objects are located on a different layer. If you right-click on the background while the scene is not running, you could then select a different layer to work on. The default layer is layer-0 (zero), but all objects in this scene are on layer-1. select layer-1 by clicking on it (the word will change color to red), then you will be able to select objects. You can move objects between layers (with copy and paste) and you can do a lot of other interesting things with them. There are some topics about layers in the Algodoo forum which are informative and helpful. Check them out!
