I agree with Zuriki
Put it on a really good gearbox and attatch it to wheels, add some suspension and that would be a GREAT car!
By making a exact sized circle on the centre of both machines, i have noticed that the engine on right gives 0.03 J more energy then the left one
Its also rotating at stable speed and energy while left one isnt.
So what we see here is a engine that isnt fighting against itself creating more RPM but only slightly more energy.

The right one is perfect. I have been trying to do engines like this, but I couldn't figure out that loose ball thing. I was trying to make the pistons bounce directly against a fixed piece. But that didn't work.
