This was rather weird to make with the 51.42º angle and such... but it does work. I had a lot of trouble with the power and timing system (it was going to be a collision engine) but I saw eanayayo's 5-cylinder and did something very similar to his approach.

There are no controls; just drag the prop counterclockwise, with at least 100 RPM to start it. There's no smoke because this is already giving me 80% sim time...

I was playing with it a little bit today, and I found it can work perfectly at 100 hz! It just runs a little slower but the reliability is the same.
