This pong game works completely mechanical.
-player 1 use UP and DOWN arrow keys
-player 2 use E and D
To start press Enter, a new ball will be spawn automatically. If it doesn't just press enter again.
Please let me know if you have any comments or suggestions.

The ball speeds up a little bit when it hits something, instead of slowing down. The simulation speed is increased and the mechanism that brings in new balls is improved.

The game will stop automatically after someone has reached the maximum score. The place where a new ball appears depends on who scored the last time.

I solved some problems (not all) thereby the chances of failure are reduced. :unsure:

Wow, the mechanics for making the scores work are amazing! The ball moves rather slowly, and if you can improve that, then you will have a game that people will want to play.

I think that the problem of the slow ball is solved by increasing the simulation speed and by reducing the mass of the ball.

The game worked great until I reached a score of 3 to 2, and then it would not spawn any more balls no matter how many times I pressed Enter. :s

I edited the scene, it's not flawless yet but it's way better than before.
I let the game run without hitting the ball with the paddles in order to see what happens when the score goes beyond single digits. As you probably know, the scores (both sides) go from 9 to zero, and when both sides are at zero, the game no longer spawns balls. Is that how you want it to work? I think it would make more sense to limit the scores to 9, rather than having them roll over back to zero. What do you think?
I actually didn't know. The intention was to limit the scores to 9 but something must have gone wrong while I was editing the scene.
