What if you made the restitution 10,000 instead of 1000?
(trust me, the water gets pretty fast from there on...)
Or some awesome mech to make the fire rate faster.
Or high pressure water balls

I never thought of having solid objects being accelerated
and THEN liquified to create fast moving water instead
of having water under high pressure.
(that was your idea, right?)
